Chezanne Haigh is a Director in the Trade Mark Litigation department. She joined the firm in 2015 and works on a wide range of trade mark portfolios with particular experience in brand enforcement across the continent, including trade mark oppositions, IP infringement, domain name objections, and company name objections.

Chezanne also has extensive experience of brand clearance and searching processes, trade mark filing, prosecution and maintenance, portfolio management and strategy, trade mark watching, and advisory work for clients in a range of industries.

She is a Fellow of the Institute of Intellectual Property Law and holds a B.Comm Law, LLB and LLM (Environmental Law and Governance) from the North West University of Potchefstroom.
