Tammi is a Trade Mark Attorney and Director at KISCH IP, holding an LL.B degree from the University of South Africa. She was admitted as an attorney and became a Fellow of the South African Institute of Intellectual Property Law (SAIIPL) in 2016.
She practices in the Trade Mark Enforcement department and has experience in trade mark protection (searching and prosecution) and enforcement (oppositions, cancellations and infringements), copyright disputes, unlawful competition matters, company name objections, advertising complaints and domain name disputes. Her expertise and experience in trade mark enforcement matters extends beyond South Africa, into Africa and other foreign countries, giving her the unique ability to offer clients global and holistic enforcement measures.
Tammi also sits on the Copyright Law Committee of the SAIIPL and is a trainee adjudicator of the .co.za Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) panel of the SAIIPL.
