LIBYA TRADE OFFICE RESUMES WORK

It has been anticipated that the Libyan trade marks offices shall officially reopen from the 1st of May 2013, two years after civil unrest in the country.

The trade mark office will once again be able to accept search requests and will start processing new trade mark applications as from May 2013.

DM Kisch Inc. would like to urge all their clients with an interest registering trade marks in Libya to contact us for further information and assistance.

The Foreign Trade Marks Department will also be reviewing all pending trade mark applications and will advise clients accordingly.
