MANDELA DAY 2022

For Mandela Day this year, we stayed true to the theme to ‘Do what you can, with what you have, where you are’. KISCH IP volunteers teamed up and split into groups to assist various organisations on Mandela Day.

1.  Sandton SPCA

The Sandton SPCA required assistance with maintenance and cleaning, and of course, our volunteers got to spend time with the dogs up for adoption. To get involved with the Sandton SPCA, please visit: https://www.sandtonspca.org.za/

1.  The Village Safe Haven

At The Village Safe Haven, located in Sandton, our volunteers assisted with mixing cement and fixing the pavement surrounding the pool. After that, they enjoyed a fun game of soccer with the children! To learn more about The Village Safe Haven, visit:https://www.villagesafehaven.org.za/

Our Pretoria office visited Galeo LifeCare nursing home. Our volunteers got to know the residents and treated them to delicious malva pudding! To learn more about the Galeo LifeCare, phone: 073 201 4109
