Thomas is an Associate at KISCH IP with experience in patent and design prosecution, as well as in regulatory compliance.
With a strong technical background in plant and crop biotechnology, his practice is focused towards conventional and biologic pharmaceuticals, vaccines, molecular biology, genetics, GMOs, bioremediation, and biotechnological products in general.
He is passionate about the application of Intellectual Property as a toolkit for solving business challenges, and prides himself on his cross-cutting, data-driven approach.
He has presented numerous seminars and lectures across the country, and is involved in educating the next generation of IP entrepreneurs.
